How to Use:Infusion: Place 4 tablespoons in a container that can withstand sudden heat. Pour 1 liter of boiling water over the plant, keeping the container closed for 5 to 10 minutes and then filter.
How to Take:Drink 3 to 4 cups a day between meals.
Suggestion:If you don't like the pure taste, you can add a few drops of lemon and sweeten with honey or stevia leaves.
Precautions:Avoid if allergic to plants of the Myrtaceae family. Store in a dry, cool place away from light. Keep out of reach of children.
