Ingredients:

Sweetener: Maltitol, Echinacea extract, Thyme extract, Blackcurrant extract, Propolis extract, Eucalyptus extract, Sage extract (Salvia officinalis), Sundew extract (Drosera rotundifolia), Extra

How to Take:Adults: 1 tablespoon 3 times a day. Or more in case of respiratory illness. This syrup can be taken as a preventative, pure or diluted in warm or hot tea. Children over 6 years old: 1 dessert spoon 3 times a day.
