Red yeast rice is rice that has been fermented with a yeast called Monascus purpureus. This fermentation results in monacolin K (a vegetable statin) capable of maintaining normal cholesterol levels when ingested at a daily dose of 10mg.

Ingredients:

Choline Bitartrate 34.5%; Bulking Agent: Microcrystalline Cellulose; Coating Agent: Gelatine; Monascus purpureus, Fermented Red Rice (minimum 4% Monacolin K) 12.1%; Anti-caking Agent: Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids; Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone) 1.7%; Chromium Picolinate 0.05%.

Directions for use:Take 1 capsule in the evening or at bedtime.

Caution:Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
