Ingredients:

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, ferrous bisglycinate, L-ascorbic acid, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use:Take 1 tablet daily, preferably after a meal. If necessary, you may take up to 2 tablets daily.
