How to Take:In a glass, mix well 1-2 teaspoons of powdered Arctic Fish Stock with 100 ml of hot water (filtered, mineralized).
You can enjoy it plain and simple at any time of day. If you prefer, you can also simply sprinkle it over meals, using it as a seasoning, or add it to stews and sauces for extra flavor. You can also use it as a base for any fish dish, such as fish soup or seafood platter, but here only your imagination sets the limits!
