L-Glutamine (Kyowa Quality ®), glazing agent (E464). May contain traces of gluten, milk, soya, fish, crustaceans and shellfish.

How to Take:Take two capsules after training and 1 capsule at bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
