Collagen production decreases with age. We lose approximately 6% of collagen per decade and after the age of 30, this loss increases to 1% per year. How to take:Mix two level tablespoons (13g) of powder in a large glass of water, juice or your favorite beverage daily. Mix well or use a shaker cup.
