How to Take:One dessert spoon for each cup of water. Use freshly boiled water. Pour the plant into the water and cover the container tightly. Leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes. Strain and it's ready. You can drink 1 or 2 cups a day.

Precautions:Keep the packaging away from light, moisture and out of reach of children. This product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Calendula is contraindicated during pregnancy.
