Ingredients:

Magnesium citrate and bisglycinate, marine magnesium (magnesium oxide), magnesium carbonate, zinc gluconate, vitamins B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinamide), B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) and B8 (D-biotin), anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and calcium phosphate. Capsule: fish gelatine.

Magnesium and vitamins B3, B6 help maintain the proper functioning of the nervous system and psychological functions involved in stress management.
ErgyMagis also rich in zinc, which contributes to normal acid-base metabolism, to deacidify the body.

When is it recommended?

Magnesium deficiency often manifests as eyelid twitching or muscle contractures. Fatigue associated with magnesium deficiency is increased by stress, which leads to the urinary elimination of magnesium.

Directions for use:Take 2 to 3 capsules daily.
