Experience the benefits of Aromatherapy

Menthol, the main constituent of peppermint essential oil, gives this oil its typical and easily recognizable flavor and fragrance.

The essential oil (or isolated menthol) is often used in foods (sweets/candy, soft drinks) and cosmetics (soaps, toothpastes).

Peppermint essential oil has a calming and relaxing effect on digestion. Soaking a cloth soaked in this oil during a long trip or applying a drop locally to the temples can be relaxing.

Precautions:
Because peppermint causes a cooling sensation when in contact with the skin, it is not recommended for baths (thermal shock); Keep essential oils out of the reach of children; Tightly close essential oil bottles and store them in a cool, dark, and safe place, as they are flammable; Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; Always follow the recommended dosage and method of use; Dilute essential oils in a carrier oil or neutral product before using them directly on the skin or in the bath. Take care in cases of sensitive or allergic skin: first, dilute a drop of essential oil in a little carrier oil and apply to the inside of the elbow. After 24 hours, if no reaction occurs (redness, itching, or irritation), you can then apply the oil at the recommended dosage; After using citrus oils (whether in a massage or bath), avoid exposure to sunlight for at least the next 24 hours; Take extra care in cases of epilepsy, asthma, allergies, pregnant women, and children under 6 years of age; The use of essential oils on babies is not recommended; Never use essential oils orally without the guidance of a specialist; Oral ingestion by children (under 12 years of age), pregnant women, or breastfeeding is strongly discouraged; A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
