Ingredients:

Calcium L-ascorbate (C-Ester), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, bioflavonoids (orange extract), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

How to Take: 1 tablet a day. If necessary, you can take up to 2 tablets a day.
