Ingredients:

Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Rice Flour, Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.

Allergen information:Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

How to Take:Take 3 capsules daily. Best when taken in divided doses (take 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules two hours before bed).

Precautions:For adults only. Like other magnesium products, Magtein® may cause drowsiness or headaches at first. Reduce dosage, consult a physician, or discontinue use if conditions persist for more than a week. Consult a physician if pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
