Ingredients:

Anti-caking agent: Tricalcium Phosphate; Passiflora incarnata, Passionflower (Aerial Parts); Valeriana officinalis, Valerian (Root); Nepeta cataria, Catnip (Aerial Parts); Lactose; Anti-caking agent: Wheat Starch; Humulus lupulus, Hops (Strobiles); Citrus aurantium, Orange Tree (Flower); Glazing Agent: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Titanium Dioxide, Acetic Esters of Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids; Anti-caking agents: Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Talc.

Directions:Take 2 tablets with breakfast and 2 tablets at night.
