ERGYAleR' an exclusive synergy of plants and trace elements. The vitamin C and the copper contribute to the normal formation of the immune system, which is highly demanded in winter. Plantago soothes in case of throat and pharyngeal irritations . Blackcurrant and desmodium are two plants recognized for their properties. The formula is completed with manganese and selenium which contribute to the protection of cells from undesirable oxidation.

Blackcurrant extract, 266 mg
Desmodium extract, 200 mg
Manganese, 0.4 mg (20% NRV*)
Copper, 0.2 mg (20% NRV*)
Selenium, 55 mg (100% NRV*)
Vitamin C, 53 mg (66% NRV*)

*NRV = Nutrient Reference Value.

Ingredients:

Extracts of plantago lanceol (Plantago lancealota L.), blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.), desmodium (Desmodium adscendens D. C.), anti-caking agents: dicalcium phosphate, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), sodium selenite, manganese and copper gluconates. Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose).

How to Take:3 to 4 capsules per day, depending on the intensity of the discomfort.
