Ingredients:

Aqueous solution of trace elements (filtered water, concentrated seawater without sodium, patented standardized extract of lithothamnium -Phymatolithon calcareumPall., zinc, iron and copper gluconates, chromium chloride, manganese sulfate, molybdate and sodium selenite), stabilizer: vegetable glycerol; agnus-castus extracts (Vitex agnus-castusL.), cumin (Cuminum cyminumL.), hyssop (Hyssopus officinalisL.), of alchemilla (Alchemilla vulgarisAuct.) and thyme (Thymus vulgarisL.), magnesium citrate-malate, zinc chloride, preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: lactic acid; natural flavor.

How to take: Adult: 10 to 20 ml per day, depending on the intensity of the discomfort,
for 10 days, during the second half of the cycle.
From 12 to 17 years: 10 ml per day,for 10 days during the second half of the cycle. A slight cloudy deposit is normal, shake well before use.

Attention:Do not administer to children under 12 years of age (thyme), and should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women (agnus-castus, thyme).
