ERGYSPORT EFFORT an isotonic drink for the body

The osmolarity of a drink (ratio between carbohydrates and mineral salts) is very important, it allows you to know whether a drink is isotonic or not.

When a drink is not isotonic, it can harm the body and induce dehydration, which happens when its osmolarity is too strong.

A sports drink cannot exceed 290 mOsmol/L to avoid dehydrating the athlete.

Make sure you choose your energy drink carefully to avoid any unwanted effects.

REGYSPORT EFFORT drinks have an osmolarity between 220 and 230 mOsmol/L, which allows other energy products to be consumed at the same time.

How to Take:Dilute 2 doses of powder with 500 ml of water. In high temperatures where consumption will be higher, dilute with a larger amount of water. Drink during exercise, 1 sip every 5 minutes, at a rate of 500 ml per hour of exercise (or more if needed).

Attention:Keep in mind that physical activity should be approved by a doctor to avoid any pathologies that may be caused by continuous or unusual exertion. Consume immediately after reconstitution.
