Instructions for Use:Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass, fill with plenty of still water (150-200 ml) at room temperature, and stir well until the powder is completely dissolved. Take one sachet 10 to 15 minutes before each of the two main meals. It is recommended to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
