Ingredients:

Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower; flowers and leaves), FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower; 5:1 dry extract of flowers and leaves), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Allergen Information:Gluten-free, no added sugar, lactose-free, suitable for diabetics.

How to take:Take 1 tablet at breakfast, 1 tablet at lunch, 2 tablets at bedtime.
