Ergy C 400, by Nutergia, is a dietary supplement based on vitamin C, B vitamins and trans-resveratrol.
Its exclusive powder form concentrates vitamin C (1 dose = 400 mg of vitamin C).

ERGY C 400 combines 2 forms of vitamin C:

  • Calcium L-ascorbate, a non-acidifying form of vitamin C
  • Naturally sourced vitamin C from acerola.
  • The formula is completed by a supply of B vitamins and plant-based trans-resveratrol.
  • Vitamins C and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
  • Vitamins C and B2 help protect cells against unwanted oxidation and vitamins C, B2, B3 and B6 help reduce fatigue.

Ingredients:

Vitamin C (L-calcium ascobarbital), acerola extract (Malpighia glabra L.)[origin: France], thickener: acacia gum; vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), natural lemon flavor with other natural flavors, trans-resveratrol of plant origin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin).

How to Take:Take 1 measuring spoon per day (about 1 g) to be diluted in a glass of water (150 ml) or mix the powder directly into a jam.
Children aged 3 to 10: half a spoonful per day and do not exceed the daily dose of 200 mg of vitamin C.
