Indian frankincense extract (Boswellia serrata)(resin) (providing at least 65% organic acids including boswellic acid), MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides), glazing agents (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, carob), sunflower lecithin, beeswax.

Allergen information:Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

How to Take:Take 1 softgel, 1 to 2 times a day, as needed, with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
