How to Use:Decoction: Place 4 tablespoons in a liter of cold water and boil for 3 to 5 minutes over low heat. Leave to stand for a few minutes and then filter.
How to Take:Drink 3 to 4 cups a day between meals.
Suggestion:If you don't like the pure taste, you can add a few drops of lemon and sweeten with honey or stevia leaves.
Precautions:Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Store in a dry, cool place away from light. Keep out of reach of children.
