Brewer's yeast is rich in biotin (an important vitamin for the formation of hair, skin and nails).

Ingredients:

Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Brewer's Yeast), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

How to Take:Take 2 tablets 3 times a day, after meals.
