Ingredients:

Glucose syrup, sugar, water, gelling agent (pectin), maltodextrin, acidifier (citric acid), flavoring (blackberry flavor), acidity regulator (sodium citrate), natural color (spirulina), coating (coconut oil and carnauba wax), melatonin, pyridoxine HCI.

How to Take:Take one gummy daily 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime.
