Rescue Remedy Night is a unique combination of the essences Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum (Rescue), and White Chestnut. Rescue is the most famous combination of flower essences developed by Dr. Bach. The White Chestnut essence is indicated for unwanted, obsessive, and worrying thoughts. These flower essences combine to help you have a restful night's sleep, even when you have difficulty falling asleep.

It is also recommended as therapy for hyperactive children.

How to Take:

Glass of Water Method:
In case of temporary mood states or passing problems:
- Place 2 drops of each flower in a glass of water, take in small sips until you feel relieved.
For more prolonged problems:
- Drink the contents of the glass throughout the day, divided into at least 4 times.
- You should keep the glass in a cool place, in the fridge for example, and prepare a new one every day.

Direct Method: Using the dropper, apply 2 drops directly to the tongue.

Treatment Bottle Method:
Recommended for more chronic problems, this is the most economical method as your flower remedies will last longer. In an empty 30ml dropper bottle, add 2 drops of each flower remedy you want, filling the rest of the bottle with mineral water. From this bottle, take 4 drops at least 4 times a day, either in a glass of water or directly on the tongue.

Treatment Bottles preserve their properties for 2 or 3 weeks if stored in a cool place, such as the refrigerator.

- If you don't have the opportunity to keep them cold, add a teaspoon of brandy before adding the mineral water, which will help the water to remain healthy.

- If you prefer, you can use cider vinegar or glycerin instead of brandy.

Using any of the methods presented, an "emergency" formula can be prepared for more critical situations or difficult periods of crisis. To do this, simply double the recommended dose, i.e. add 4 drops of each flower essence instead of two.

Precautions:Contains alcohol. Do not exceed recommended doses. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if expiration date has passed. Store in a cool, dry place. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
