Ingredients:

Brassicare™ (Brassica oleracea L. var. italica; 40:1 dry extract of Broccoli, containing at least 1.6% glucoraphanin), Pylopass™ (Lactobacillus reuteri), gelatin, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Doomite (calcium carbonate), zinc oxide, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, retinol, cyanocobalamin, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, riboflavin, D-biotin.

How to Take:1 capsule a day, preferably before breakfast.

Precautions:In some individuals it may cause flatulence or temporary heartburn, as well as constipation. Individuals with hyperparathyroidism or renal insufficiency should only consume calcium supplements after consulting a health professional. It is not recommended for individuals with hypercalcemia (high levels of calcium in the blood), or autoimmune disease (sarcoidosis). It should not be consumed together with quinolones and tetracyclines (antibiotics). It should not be used together with oral anticoagulants.
