Ingredients:

Concentrated fish oil (rTriglycerides), obtained from sardines, herring, mackerel and anchovies from sustainable fishing (Peru & Chile); fish gelatin; humectant: glycerol, natural orange flavor; antioxidant: rosemary and tocopherol-rich extracts.

Allergen Information:Free of gluten, soy, dairy, yeast, and allergens. No gluten, lactose, dyes, soy, bovine gelatin, binders, fillers, or sugars.

Taking Mode:Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal containing 1 good fat (such as organic extra virgin olive oil). If needed, take 2 to 3 capsules daily, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. For those who cannot swallow softgels, you can pierce them and squeeze them into soup, yogurt, or other food, as the product is not subject to the effects of oxidation.
