Ingredients:

Valeriana officinalis L. (Valerian; root), bulking agents: modified corn starch, Valeriana officinalis L. (Valerian; 5:1 dry extract of the root), anti-caking agents: anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use:Take 1 tablet at breakfast, 1 tablet at lunch, 2 tablets at bedtime.

Precautions: In some individuals, it may cause temporary abdominal discomfort.
